a few layouts and a LOT of photos....

 

Finally some mojo...I am struggling with ideas for my pages these days. I found some inspiration for 2 new layouts using new Making Memories stuff!

Flutter page products: MM new wedding line diecut white paper, Garden Party pink floral diecut paper, Noteworthy spiral paper, Garden Party paperclip butterflies, magnet stamps; Fontwerks letter stamps "flutter"

 

 

My Little Gamer products: MM Just Chillin Girls line pp(green dot floral, pink dot), MM letter stamps,MM Garden Party butterfly & flower brad, Slice Basics 2 vellum butterfly; Heidi Swapp ghost letters & shapes

 

 

I have been a photo taking fool!! Boy do my girls love that.

Some photos of Mikiela on Monday right after she came home from school. She was really excited about wearing her new outfit & shoes!!

and back to more photos from Monday inside the house...I am trying to find where is my best light & when. And off the kitchen at about 3pm is a great time for bright photos!! And Popsicles too, lol.

Where do you get Kiela's cute hairtwists? I'm constantly on the lookout for them, but am batting zero lately. Those huge blue flowers in the photos are great!

LOL, Adrianne!!! China!!! There was this great wholesale market that had a floor filled with great hair stuff for super cheap deals. I would go there just for the twisties/knockers...they always had the coolest styles that kept changing!! I wish I could go now, argh!

What font did you use for 'SIRI' on your card? I love it?
Your new place looks fabulous! As a fairly long-time blog lurker, it's always a joy to read your blog and see your beautiful daughters growing up into young ladies!

Hi Nina!! That was done using MM Garden Party rub-on's!! Thanks!!

I live about an hour south of Leesburg and I would love to take a class with you. I second the suggestion for Angela's Happy Stamper in Reston but also - we have a wonderful scrapbooking store in Fredericksburg called Scrapdoodles (http://www.scrapdoodles.com). Please consider coming here to teach - I would take everything I could with you!

We have 2 stores in the area, one is Scrapbooks Plus in Chantilly (scrapbooks-plus.com) and Scrapdoodles in Fredericksburg {scrapdoodles.com) {this one is my favorite!!!}..... I think this are better options than Michaels!

Ok, ok, ok, ladies!!! I totally hear ya...and I had to check Scrapdoodles out TODAY!! I chatted with Cindy(so glad to meet irl-Corinne still has me tickled) and she filled me in more on how great this place was. And was I a happy shopper today. Boy, is that store stocked & Cheryl was the sweetest. It has been a long while since I have been in a lss as good as that one. I have been in Scrapbook Plus once when I first got here in Dec...another great store-huge too. So I hope to be able to set up a class real soon there...it's a bit over an hour for me to get there. But is it so worth it!!

My goal is to try to teach at a few stores...to be able to meet everyone.
