This weekend I was able to make something! This is a play off a Valentine love signs I did last year, I thought I would do a Halloween version(and soon a Christmas one). The signs are double-sided with a different version on each side. It has a modern clean look, I really want to make a few more! I also made the skull/butterfly banner last week.
Today-I have a more Christmas cards featured on the MFT's blog. I have to say that I really loved using the tags die-the pierced border detail really makes the tag for me! I will be using that on a regular basis for so many other projects. After making so many Christmas cards I am now in holiday project making mode! I finally dabbled with making the chalkboard look on some cards & tags(I'll share that next week).
Today these cards are posted on the My Favorite Things blog! OMG, I am so into their new Christmas stamps & dies. All last week & even over the past few days I have been making Christmas cards. I want to make more Halloween stuff, but I am obsessed with using these stamps! My studio has been a complete MESS and I had to clean it last night-stamps, papers, and dies everywhere. Plus, the mess gave me a reason to use my new vacuum!
I made these cards for today's TCD's dt blog post using TCD's new You Are My Happy line. This is a super sweet line-so perfect for making new baby girl projects(it has cute little elephant accents/paper). It will be my choice for my Valentine projects!
Keisha! You haven't made many Halloween crafts this year! Last year you made that cute glass box with the spiders.....I love your Halloween goodies!
OMG, Luci...you should see my studio. It is a mess of Halloween projects that I can't seems to finish or make work, argh! I am annoyed with myself at this point. Fingers crossed that I can whip something up over the weekend.
Many apologies Keisha, I didn't mean it as a negative comment. Your blog here is my TOP favorite! Please don't feel as though I was complaining. Any updates you post are fun to read! I miss seeing all of your home/studio changes the most. I also miss your fabulous halloween crafts. You are an inspiration. :)))
Laura, no need to apologize! I just don't want you to think that I am being lazy or slacking off. I just want you to know I hate not blogging more often-and feel miserable about it. I am glad that you consider me one of your favorite blogs-THANKS!!!!
