You may have missed the Halloween projects I did-since I only posted them on Instagram! I totally forget my blog sometimes. Blogging takes time and Instagram takes seconds. Here are my iPhone photos of the Halloween decor projects I did this year...
Today Gossamer Blue design team is host a blog hop full of inspiration using the GB October kits. If you have found your way here from another blog-WELCOME!! I am sharing a couple cards-with butterflies & flowers! I used papers from the Oct kit and some die cuts from the add-ons, and my Big Kick with some dies listed at the end of this post. I hope you enjoy your day full of amazing blog hopping. The list of DT blogs is listed below, thanks!
I had some free time to work on a spread using a bit of September Gossamer Blue kit and some MFT's stamps/die-namics. This spread is about us celebrating LaVaughn's birthday in Chicago-it was so amazing to visit the city again after being away for way too many years.
These are fantastic! I was wondering... Do you still decorate your home for each holiday, such as Halloween? You used to post pictures on your blog of your gorgeous decorations & stylings, do you still do that regularly? I always loved those posts... So inspiring!!
Hello! Today I am sharing 8 different treat box ideas to give away Halloween sweets for September's MFT's Creative Challenge. My plan was just to do a couple little boxes-but I got so into making these boxes I made more than a couple! I had to make myself stop. A few of these boxes are big enough for candy or baked goodies. These treat boxes would be so perfect for a chic adult Halloween party! I only wish I was throwing one;-(.
Take a look at the MFT's Blog for more ideas and the links to the other DT members that also have Halloween ideas on their blog.
Welcome to day 2 of the MFT's Release Rewind! I am sharing some of my favorites from the September release-can you tell I really love the label from the Blueprints 19 die-namics?! I do love it! I like to use the stencils on it to give it a pattern paper look. I used ink for the polka dots & molding paste for the Scattered Bars stencil. I hear that you all loved the Falling Leaves die-namics as much as I do-the embossed details makes them beautiful(I also used them for the leaves of the little vellum flower)!
I hope that you have had a chance to purchased your favorites-be sure to stop by the MFT's Blog for more new release inspiration.

The Case Study DT & the Guest Muses had to do a project from something that inspired us-I used a card of my own as my inspiration(just below). The 'smile' card is one of my favorites-it has my favorite colors and a fun circle design. I slightly changed a few things-like doing a trio of butterflies!
Hello! STRIPES-is the theme for the MFT's July Creative Challenge. I made a few clean and simple cards using striped stamps & stencils(the circle on the last card). I really love the gray stripes on white-I shall repeat this look more often! For more creative ideas using stripes the MFT's Blog & the DT has more awesome ideas.
Are you still thinking about what you should get from the MFT's July release? Let me remind you about how cool some of the new products are! I'll help you check off some of the items on your list-show you a few must-haves(like the Balloon Stax). I used the Balloon Stax Die-namics on pretty straws to make party favors that can also be used as place cards. Another idea that I had in my head for the Balloon Stax is to make a party garland-I just ran out of time for making it myself, argh! Then I think you need to checkoff the Celebrate You & Delicious Birthday stamps and the Happy Die-namics. The MFT's Blog has more July new product inspiration to share and other exciting stuff you must check out.
