On Wednesday--I scrapped! I stayed in my studio most of the day-working on this one page, lol. At least I did something. I used new BG PB&J line for my layout. The tags I did a few weeks ago and forgot to post them.

I'm so far behind. I just read about this poor Tonia person. How sad for her never to know herself. As for lifting all your styles and decor without giving you credit, that is copyright infringement, whether legal or illegal. I think most people still value ethics. Anyone who knows scrapbooking knows your distinct clean, gorgeous style. Anyone of us would love to have you decorate our houses, if given the opportunity, right, girls and women? But, when our friends came in and asked how this miracle came about, and who the decorator was, we, of course, would tell the truth! Can you put a lovely "A Bit East" on each layout in a soft off white gossamer to protect yourself? Naturally this poor wannabe Tonia will just 'borrow' someone's computer. I'm really so sorry.

SOOO....I had a few minutes and thought I'd come over and check out your blog. When I read Donna's comment of COURSE I had to spend a few minutes discovering who Tonia is. The first picture (under Random Examples) LITERALLY made me gasp! I understand a person questioning where certain elements were purchased (I've asked you a time or 20!) but to set the items up in the SAME MANNER...I'm creeped out. THAT made me ITCH! I think a huge portion of a creative mind wants to be unique...I don't wanna come to your house and see that your urn is in the SAME PLACE, surrounded by the SAME decorative items as mine!!!! I'm cool with you saying, "Wow...I have that same lamp!" or "I used the SAME letters and papers on my last page!" but no one should look at your house or creations and be struck by a sense of deja vu! That's some stalker foolishness! I think that's one of the reasons thrift store and yard sale shopping is soo appealing to me now! Maybe she has a mental illness not to be able to see SOO many similarities between your styles (the mantles are also REALLY creepy!) DANG! Now I don't have enough time to comment on your latest work...you know I ALWAYS think you rock, though!
